Love Letter to My Library: R.B. M.Ed

love letter to my library infolineDear Infoline at Pima County Public Library,

What a pleasure it is to write this complimentary letter about Deborah of Infoline!

She is precise, accurate, efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and she paces her answers to questions like, “How is that spelled?” so that one can write without saying, “Spell that again.” Such a marvel, such an asset she is to Infoline!

Often she has assisted me, an elderly and now disabled lady with no ability to use a computer. Truly, I wouldn’t know what to do without her. I don’t know her personally, but if I did she’d be my treasure.

Lastly and reluctantly, I share this thought: Don’t promote her out of Infoline because we callers need her. Just give her a raise so she’ll stay.

Sincerely,

R.B., M.Ed
